<p>Navrch nastrúhame tvrdý syr alebo necháme roztopiť Mozzarellu.</p>

                <p>Baklažán nastrúhame alebo narežeme na tenučké plátky. necháme chvíľu posolené odležať na tanieri, aby sa zbavil horkosti.</p>
<p>Na každý plátok dáme šunku, najemno nastrúhaný pórik, plátok eidamu alebo mozzarellu, petržlenovú vňať a celé to polejeme olivovým olejom.</p>
<p>Na panvičke si opečieme bagety alebo rožky.<br />
Zapečieme na 180 stupňov, kým sa nezačne syr roztekať.</p>
