                <p>Inštrukcie sú tie najjednoduchšie, také, aké mám najradšej :)</p>
<p>Všetko spolu rozmixujeme a navrch dáme mandle, chia semienka a brusnice.</p>
<p>S chia semienkami opatrne, stačí trošku, majú povzbudivé účinky. Pre nás je to super na energiu a výdrž napr. miesto kávy, ale bábätko by pri väčšom množstve mohlo ťažšie zaspať.</p>
